Feather, crossbody velvet bag - fits phone

A feather detail feature on both sides of this velvety shoulder bag. Lined with yellow cotton and topped with a brass frame. Roomy enough for phone, keys and other everyday treasures. Strap is removable and frame loops drop down into bag when not in use.
